The story began in 1885 with brothers George and Joseph Pike, who opened a shop in Brisbane, Australia. The aim was to make durable workwear. The brand grew rapidly, establishing several stores in Australia in the 1920s, and operating a popular mail-order catalogue. They also opened a branch in London, where they produced clothing and uniforms for the Allies during World War II. The company closed in the 1960s, but was revived in 2008 in the Bavarian mountains near Munich.

Today, Pike Brothers produces clothing inspired by historical workwear and military clothing, adapted for modern use. The range includes work jackets, robust shirts, trousers, flight jackets and cargo trousers. Each garment is made using traditional techniques, quality materials, and with a focus on sustainable production. With the exception of some jackets sewn in Turkey, the clothing is manufactured in Europe under strict EU regulations.
