Right of withdrawal

As a customer of you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with the Danish Right of Cancellation Act. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to use the right of withdrawal

1. Let me know
   To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email to kundeservice@rawdenim.no). You may use the attached [withdrawal form](link to withdrawal form), but it is not mandatory.

2. Return of goods
   The goods must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods.

3. Refund
   If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return or from the day we receive proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is the sooner.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Please note that some items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. This applies, for example, to items that have been made to the customer's specifications, such as redesigns or jeans that have been hemmed or otherwise customized, or that have been given a distinctly personal touch.

You must pay for the return yourself if you use the cancellation period.
