The Easy Guy Left Hand Twill from Naked & Famous Denim is a classic raw selvedge jean made from Japanese denim woven on traditional shuttle looms . The fabric is a 13.75oz indigo rope-dyed selvedge denim with left hand twill construction, a weaving method that gives a softer feel over time and highlights distinct vertical fades as the jeans are worn and worn in.
Left hand twill differs from the more common right hand twill in that the fibers gradually soften with use. The result is denim that starts out relatively stiff, but develops a more comfortable and flexible feel while retaining the structure that makes raw denim interesting to wear for many years.
The jeans are sewn in Canada from Japanese denim and feature classic selvedge details: contrast stitching, brown full-grain leather patch, white selvedge trim and silver-colored metal buttons and rivets.
Fit – Easy Guy
Easy Guy is a relaxed tapered fit . It has a higher waist, plenty of room in the seat and thighs, and a marked taper from the knee down towards the opening.
This provides a comfortable fit for people with slightly thicker thighs or who want a more relaxed top combined with a narrower silhouette at the bottom of the leg.
About the fabric - 13.75oz Left Hand Twill Selvedge
The denim is woven in Japan from 100% cotton and dyed with rope-dyed indigo . In this dyeing method, the indigo does not fully penetrate the cotton fibers, which means that the jeans gradually develop characteristic wear patterns as they are worn.
The left hand twill weave also produces a more prominent vertical fade and a denim that feels softer the more it is used.
