W's GRACIE JACKET - Organic Faded Corduroy

The Gracie Jacket – Organic Faded Corduroy from Naked & Famous is a modern jacket inspired by classic workwear. The design is based on the traditional chore coat silhouette, but adapted for women with a shorter and more relaxed fit that works well with both jeans and more dressy trousers.

The jacket is made from Japanese corduroy with a 9 wale structure. The fabric is made from 100% organic cotton and is pre-rinsed to give a softer feel from the first wear. The corduroy is dyed with real indigo, which means that the fabric will develop natural fades and patina over time, similar to raw denim.

The Gracie fit is a modern, slightly boxy silhouette with a comfortable width through the body. The result is a versatile jacket that works equally well over a T-shirt or shirt as it does over a thicker knit on cooler days.

Naked & Famous is known for using unusual Japanese fabrics and producing their garments without artificial wear or unnecessary processing. The fabric is produced in Japan, while the garment is cut and sewn in Canada.
