PRINCETON SHIRT - 10oz Rinsed Denim

The Princeton Shirt – Slub Nep Stretch from Naked & Famous is a modern work shirt inspired by classic denim shirts. The design combines a relaxed silhouette with a lightweight Japanese denim fabric that provides both comfort and distinct texture.

The shirt is made from Japanese indigo denim weighing around 10 oz. The fabric is mainly cotton with a small amount of stretch fiber for extra comfort and freedom of movement. The denim is woven with slub and nep yarns , which means that the yarns vary in thickness and contain small fibers that give the fabric an uneven and vibrant surface. The result is denim with a distinct character that will develop natural fades with use.

The fabric is pre-rinsed, making the shirt softer from the first wear and reducing shrinkage after washing. The classic combination of dark indigo warp and light weft gives an authentic denim look that will gradually gain more depth over time.

The Princeton fit is a boxy workshirt silhouette with a slightly roomy body and a rounded hem. Two large chest pockets give a distinct workwear feel, while the shirt works just as well on its own as over a T-shirt or henley.
