W's INDIGO SELVEDGE - Classic 11oz

Classic 11oz Indigo Selvedge from Naked & Famous Denim is a traditional raw denim developed for those who want an authentic jean with clear inspiration from classic workwear silhouettes. The fabric is an 11oz Japanese selvedge denim , woven to provide the right balance between comfort, durability and a classic denim feel.

The denim is indigo rope dyed , a traditional dyeing method in which the yarn is repeatedly dipped in indigo. This produces a deep blue color on the outside of the yarn while the core remains light. The result is denim that develops characteristic fades over time as the jeans are worn and worn.

The fabric is woven in Japan on vintage shuttle looms in a classic right hand twill construction. This weaving technique gives the typical diagonal structure of denim and contributes to the durability that characterizes selvedge denim.

The jeans are produced in Naked & Famous's factory in Canada , and come with classic denim details: tobacco-colored contrast stitching, red selvedge stripe, black metal button at the waist, metal rivets and a natural-colored leather patch.

The Classic fit is a straight and roomy silhouette inspired by vintage jeans. It has a high waist , sits relatively tight across the hips and seat, provides plenty of room in the thighs and falls to a wide, straight leg opening. This makes the model particularly suitable for those who want a traditional straight fit with a distinct workwear feel.

The denim is true raw denim in 100% cotton , which means the fabric is not pre-washed and will shape to the body over time.
