In Japanese folklore, the Kappa (or Kawataro) is a mystical river spirit known for his scaly skin and deep connection to the water. Naked & Famous has captured this aesthetic in a truly unique denim. Using an uneven "slubby" weave method, they have created a surface reminiscent of river water and shells - a texture you almost have to touch to believe.
